It happens, you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Not to worry. Remeasure your wrist and ship it back to us for a resize!
1. Purchase the resize listing HERE
and select the CORRECT wrist size from the drop down menu.
2. Purchase ONE (1) resize for each piece that you need resized.
3. Check out! Be sure to note your order number! Please note, you will not receive a return label. The cost to ship your items back to us is your responsibility.
4. Package up your item(s) in a padded mailer. HHC, LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping and we are unable to replace any items that are damaged or lost on their way to us so please be sure to pack the items securely.
5. Head to the post office and mail your package back to:

Items must be sent USPS First Class WITH a tracking number.
6. When you get home, email us (email@example.com) your Resize Order Number PLUS your Tracking Number. Without this info we are unable to enter your resize order into our queue which will cause YOU a serious delay in receiving your items back!
7. Once we receive the item, we will resize and ship back to you. You will receive a new tracking number via email once your resized item is sent back to you.
- Only HHC BEADED bracelets qualify for resizing. Braided suede bracelets cannot be resized.
- We will only adjust the size of your bracelet. No changes can be made to the design, style, verbiage, etc... of your bracelet.
- Absolutely No Exceptions.
- Once we receive your tracking number, your items are placed into our production queue. Failure to send that information will delay the production of your items.
- HHC, LLC is not responsible for lost or missing packages. There will be no refunds or exchanges for packages lost in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method and handle any and all issues related to shipping with the USPS.
