Current Processing Time is APPROXIMATELY 12 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS (2 - 3 WEEKS) and orders are made, by hand, in the order in which they are received. Business days are Monday - Friday and DO NOT include Saturday, Sunday and any holidays OR the time it takes the Postal Service to deliver your items. During checkout, you'll notice different approximate delivery dates based on the shipping method you choose. Please pay attention to those estimates. We are not Amazon Prime - our items are carefully handcrafted which takes a considerable amount of time and effort. If you're looking for mass produced items - made with no love or care - then please consider purchasing elsewhere. Please do not message us on social media for a status update on your order. You will receive a notification email, to the address YOU provide at checkout, when your item ships. HHC, LLC reserves the right to increase or decrease production time estimates with no notice based on season, work load, etc... We can occasionally accommodate rush order so if you need your order faster and have a hard deadline in mind, please message us first so we can confirm our ability to meet your deadline and then you may purchase our "Expedite My Order" listing. This is the only way we will bump your order to the front of the queue. Processing times will fluctuate due to order volume and season so please refer to the banner at the top of each page of the site for current processing times.
If you need to make a change to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your purchase. You MUST include the full name the order was placed under, four digit order number and email address used for the order along with your requested change. Failure to provide any of these items will delay your request. Requests made after 48 hours WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please note, asking for a change is NOT a guarantee that we will be able to make the change. All requests are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. In this case, a separate invoice for the difference will be sent and change is not considered final until payment is made in full.
Your order will come with ONE (1) tag card regardless of how many pieces you order. If you need more, please include a note at check out letting us know how many and we'll be happy to include more for no additional cost. We're not mind readers! So please let us know how many people you are buying for so we can package the items up perfectly!
Once you place your order we cannot accommodate cancellation requests. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is correct and that the production time meets your time table. Cancellations will ONLY BE MADE in the event you have placed multiple orders and would like to consolidate it into one order. In this event, your request must be made within 24 hours of the last purchase and is not guaranteed. Requests made to cancel/consolidate after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Only ONE (1) discount can be used per order and they cannot be combined with any other offer or sale. You MUST enter your discount code at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be retroactively added to your purchase. If you forget to enter your code at the time of purchase you can hold onto it for next time or gift it to a friend. Discount codes MAY NOT be used on any custom orders. There are no discount codes for first time purchases. Requests made via social media asking for a discount code will not receive a reply.

Have a custom order request? Please fill out the Custom Order Request form under the 'About Us' section of the site. Requests made by email, or by social media will not be accepted. Filling out the Custom Order Request form is the only way to receive a custom order. Any notes placed in your order asking for a change to the design will NOT BE HONORED.
We cannot put a hold on any of the items in our shop. If you like it, buy it! Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, and are not able to be restocked and it breaks our hearts when you tell us you missed out on an item!
YOU are responsible for choosing the correct wrist size, for you, or for your gift recipient, at check out. Use a tape measure and measure around your wrist diameter. DO NOT count beads on another bracelet and estimate. Our beads are natural and can slightly vary in size and counting will not guarantee the correct fit. Please check our FAQ section for more information on wrist sizing or just shoot us a message if you need help, or need a custom size. If you do make a mistake and need an item resized we can accommodate you, but you are responsible for ALL shipping costs. This includes shipping the item back to us, and us shipping the item back to you, no exceptions. Braided Suede bracelets do not qualify for Free Resizing so please be extra diligent in reading the item listing, checking the size chart and selecting the appropriate size. Please see our "Resize Fee" listing for more information on resizing.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Items are shipped to the exact address you provide . If there is an issue, it is your responsibility to let us know right away. If you package has already been sent you may re-order or you may wait to see if it is returned to us and then pay to have it reshipped to you.
All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail and shipping rate depends on the customers geographic location. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Once we hand your order off the post office it is out of our control. If your order is late, missing, or marked as delivered when it has not yet been, please check with your neighbors or with your local post office first before contacting us as we don't have any more information then you. HHC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON. Yup! You read that right! Each item is made custom for you and unable to be returned or exchanged. It is up to you to read the item description of each item to ensure it is what you are looking for. All bead and gemstone sizes are listed there. If you have a question or need more information, please ask us before you purchase. If you have a problem with your item, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will work together to find a solution.
We do not give out free samples, provide free product for review or give out anything for free for any reason and any requests made via email or social media for free items will not receive a reply. If you are looking to review our products or become a brand rep, please contact us for more information on our Brand Representative Program.
We do not store, access or even see your credit card or payment info at any time. Shopify processes all payments and is solely responsible the storage of your info. If you ask us to "use the same card as last time" or "just bill me" we are not able to do so and will need to set up a separate transaction This is for your safety and protection so thank you for your understanding.
We do not disclose the names of our suppliers! This information is proprietary and it has taken us several years and a sizable amount of money to find reputable suppliers we trust. Additionally, our supplier's MOQ's are in the thousands so chances are, they won't be able to assist you anyway. If you're interested in purchasing our products, please do so from us and don't attempt to recreate them at home.
